PAYG Helpdesk tickets are available to purchase in advance to using IRUS support. You can purchase as many tickets as you like. Each ticket is an hour of time with a Support Agent, the more tickets you buy, the more of a discount you can get per hour.
Please note – You do not need to purchase PAYG tickets if you are an exiting customer on a Professional or Contracted support plan. Tickets are available to customers who are not on an IRUS support plan that need help on an ad-hoc basis without the need to be tied into a support plan.
