Remote Network Support

To enable us to remote administrate your network you will need a broadband connection between 2-8mbps. A static IP address from your broadband provider.

iPad/iPhone/BB support

Yes we do. We can configure an existing exchange server, or install a new server with imap, pop exchange accounts to sync Contacts, Email and Calenders. We recommend Redstation as a hosting provider for Pop/IMAP email accounts.

Mac Support

We offer a full range of Apple support for Xserve, iMac, iPhone and iPads. We can set up a mac network, and also integrate with Windows networks, and exchange.

What hardware do we use

We only use tried and tested providers of hardware such as computers, CPUs, HDDs, memory and industry standard software providers. Companies such as; Dell, Apple, Microsoft, Intel, Sony, Samsung, Seagate and Western Digital

We not only provide support for the office, but also audio and visual support for the creative industry. We are savvy in digital audio, animation and video workflows, and understand the demand on hardware and resources.

Do you provide on site support

We provide on and off-site support to all of our customers on a Support Plan. We also provide emergency support via our 24 hour Live Support desk.

What areas do we cover

We provide support only to East Anglia. Norfolk and Suffolk region. We feel it is important to support our local area, and this then enables us to keep down our costs to existing customers.
